binary relationships

we had our first presentation of our workshop "binary relationships" an examination of social networking, community building and ministry. jonathon and i put this together feeling it important to not only just help people to become aware of what all is out there and the tools, but a framework for using them. if you wish to view some video, rev mom has posted some of the workshop on google video.

some things i want to mention that are not in our workshop notes. i highly suggested "the hidden power of electronic culture" by shane hipps. this is my little review of the book a few months back. i would suggest a few of the books that were highlighted quotes within the workshop notes. i most certainly would have quoted this book, but i kept leaving it on the office bookshelf and while working on this workshop at home. duh!

oh: after all that talk about social networking stuff. later in the evening we did a target run and found these fab shirts for just 10bucks.. yes, we probably got ripped off, but we think they are worth it.
