tuesday randomness

i am spending today in a day long staff retreat. it should be fun (i know that can sound like an oxymoron) as we meet for a bit, then do some field trips to some of the downtown sites. the theme of our retreat is ministry through art, or something similar to that. so i'm kinda excited for it all. while i'm doing that, i am also just stumped at some of the reading i am catching up with..

• that creepy burger king guy is getting his own movie.. what is up with that?
• the geico caveman is still jealous and wants his own tv show...
• generation next (gen nexter) is conservative on abortion and liberal on gay marriage.. duh
• myspace is helping to catch predators... move over dateline
• confessions of a facebook stalkers... sam is really bad at this
• "blogebrity" the new word... and am i one? i'm not listed on www.blogebrity.com
• i just love the space monster that destroys nashville... mayor purcell must have been pissed
